Shipping Policy
Shipping within India
1. At Indi Handicrafts, we take great care in delivering your products to you just the way you desire, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.
2. Most of our products will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days from receiving your order in all major Indian metro cities. For other locations delivery could take up to 10-12 working days. However in some cases where unique pieces are being created the delivery time may take a little longer. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Sunday: 9am to 7pm excluding public holidays. Though we use the best logistics partners in India during festivals, National Holiday, etc. the delivery of your shipment might get further delayed. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, covid 19 restrictions etc.
4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
In exceptional circumstances and due to reasons beyond our control we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you.
In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein-above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.
Shipping outside India
For international orders, please write to us at info@indihandicrafts.com or WhatsApp us at +919315781948. We will send you a customized payment link to purchase our products. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the postal code. Once your order is shipped it will reach you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. We do not provide exchanges & refunds on international orders. All paintings are shipped without frame by default outside India.
Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Indi Handicrafts will not be responsible for it.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. After that, the order is most likely being processed or has been shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.
