All our products are made to order and fragile goods and therefore are not eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artists and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, items sold on our website are "Final Sale."

Cancellations

 

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. After that, the order is most likely being processed or has been shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.
