Madhubani art is an Indian folk art originated from Madhubani district of Mithila region of Bihar. Gond art was started by the largest tribe (adivasi) community of India, the Gonds. Their subject matter extends from magnificent murals of gods and men, animals, birds and tress to images of daily life. Now, Madhubani and Gond art are made on canvas and paper and adorn the homes of the modern society globally. These cards are completely handmade using ink on paper.
