Where does Indi Handicrafts get its products?
Indi Handicrafts creates products in-house. We also source products directly from artisans and craftsmen across India. We guarantee the authenticity of each and every product we sell.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of order. To check the status of your order, go to the My Orders section under My Account. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
What if an item is Sold Out?
We will be happy to help. Please contact us at info@indihandicrafts.com with your request to produce another unit of the sold out item. We will check with the artist and let you know if the item can be produced and how long will it take.

Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details on Indi Handicrafts?
Yes, it is completely safe to pay on Indi Handicrafts using your credit card, debit card or through a bank transfer.
